Attorney Barbara McInvaille

Tacoma, WA

Attorney Barbara McInvaille, or Barb as many people know her, believes that family law matters affect the very foundation of a person's life, so the best resolution for these issues is not always reached in an impersonal courtroom. And the stakes are high. A judge’s decision is often difficult to undo or change.

That’s why Barb counsels her clients that the most satisfactory outcomes in family law matters, including separation and divorce, usually occur when both parties and their attorneys work together to resolve as many issues as possible out of court. When negotiations do not succeed, Barb does not hesitate to litigate.

Concern for the interests of her clients and willingness to cooperate have earned Attorney Barbara McInvaille a reputation as a tireless, compassionate advocate committed to seeing that her clients achieve their objectives.

Barb has been with Helland Law Group in Tacoma, WA, since 2004. In her free time Barb can often be found enjoying music and theater in its many forms.
